She has been regional audiovisual attachée for the western Balkans at the French Embassy in Serbia since September 2023. Her position covers the fields of cultural industries as well as media, journalism and disinformation, and aims to strengthen the relationships between France and local organizations, to develop cooperation and to promote the French audiovisual policy in the region. Prior to this position, she was the managing director of the French screenwriters’ union. From 2015 to 2019 she was attachée for audiovisual cooperation, chief of the cultural industries service and Director of the French speaking film festival at the French Embassy in Greece; from 2011 to 2015 she coordinated the MEDIA program for Europa Cinemas; from 2007 to 2011 she worked at the CNC at the exhibition results control department of the film directorate. Laëtitia Kulyk holds a PhD in Social sciences/Cultural policy from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland.

Leticija Kulik je regionalni Ataše za audiovizuelnu djelatnost pri Francuskoj ambasadi u Srbiji od septembra 2023. godine. Njena pozicija pokriva oblasti kulturnih industrija kao i medije, novinarstvo i dezinformacije, a cilj joj je jačanje odnosa između Francuske i lokalnih organizacija, razvoj saradnje i promocija francuske audiovizuelne politike u regionu. Prije ove pozicije, bila je generalna direktorka francuskog udruženja scenarista. Od 2015. do 2019. bila je ataše za audiovizuelnu saradnju, šefica službe kulturnih industrija i direktorka Festivala frankofone kinematografije u Francuskoj ambasadi u Grčkoj; od 2011. do 2015. koordinirala je MEDIA program za Europa Cinemas; od 2007. do 2011. radila je u CNC-u u odjeljenju za kontrolu rezultata prikazivanja filmske direkcije. Ima doktorat iz društvenih nauka/kulturne politike sa Univerziteta Jyväskylä u Finskoj.
