Leonidas Christopoulos has been the CEO of EKKOMED – Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center since September 2024. He previously served as President and CEO of EKOME (2023–2024) and as Secretary General of Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures at the Ministry of Digital Governance (2019–2023), where he led Greece's digital transformation strategy and strengthened the country's audiovisual incentives framework. He holds degrees from Panteion University and the University of Warwick (MA in International Political Economy) and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration.

Leonidas Hristopulos generalni je direktor EKKOMED-a, Grčkog filmskog i audiovizuelnog centra, od septembra 2024. godine. Prethodno je bio predsjednik i generalni direktor EKOME-a (2023–2024) i generalni sekretar za digitalnu upravu i pojednostavljenje procedura u Ministarstvu digitalne uprave (2019–2023), gdje je vodio grčku strategiju digitalne transformacije i ojačao sistem podsticaja u audiovizuelnom sektoru. Diplomirao je na Univerzitetu Pantion i magistrirao međunarodnu političku ekonomiju na Univerzitetu Vorik, a završio je i Nacionalnu školu za javnu upravu.
