After a master's degree in Production, Lison Hervé worked for Memento Films International and the industry events of the Arcs Film Festival, before joining sales agency Stray Dogs in 2017, where she went from managing festivals to overseeing the company's sales and acquisitions. She then joined Les Arcs team in 2020 and coordinated the development of the Coprocity platform. She took up the position of Les Arcs Industry Village Manager from 2021, handling the projects' selection and general event coordination. She is also a freelance programmer and a reader for events and commissions.

Nakon magistarskih studija produkcije, Lison Erve je radila za Memento Films International i industrijske događaje Filmskog festivala Les Arcs, prije nego što se pridružila prodajnoj agenciji Stray Dogs 2017. godine, gdje je prešla od upravljanja festivalima do nadzora prodaje i akvizicija kompanije.
