Valentina Iusuphodjaev has a long career as a film producer. She made a name for herself in the film industry, working on festival aclaimed films as Eastern Bussines, The Unsaved, The Flavours Collection. Valentina has worked in various facets of the film and advertising industry - casting manager, location manager, pitch trainer, workshops organizer. From March 2021, Valentina was appointed as the new director of the National Film Center of Moldova. She is a member of the FAM and EFA.

Valentina Iusuphodžajev ima dugu karijeru kao filmska producentkinja. U filmskoj industriji je radi je na filmovima kao što su "Eastern Business", "The Unsaved", "The Flavours Collection". Valentina je radila u različitim aspektima filmske i reklamne industrije - menadžer kastinga, menadžer lokacija, trener za pitch prezentacije, organizatorka radionica. Od marta 2021. godine, Valentina je imenovana za novu direktorku Nacionalnog filmskog centra Moldavije. Članica je FAM-a i EFA-e.
