BIOGRAPHY
Altinaï Petrovitch Njegosh, born in 1977, is a French-Montenegrin filmmaker and alumna of Le Fresnoy (2006), following studies in architecture, photography, and film in Cuba. Her short films L’Art de la fugue (Locarno) and Side by Side have been screened at numerous international festivals. Her work blends autofiction, archival material, and sharp-edged humor, exploring themes of identity, memory, and legacy. She is currently co-directing Balkan Maestro with François Fleury, a feature documentary selected for the FIPADOC International Pitches, and developing Prava Princeza, a burlesque autofiction supported by the CNC (France) and Filmski Centar (Montenegro).

Altinaj Petrovič Njegoš, rođena 1977, francusko-crnogorska je rediteljka i alumna Le Fresnoy-a (2006), nakon studija arhitekture, fotografije i filma na Kubi. Njeni kratki filmovi L’Art de la fugue (Lokarno) i Side by Side prikazani su na brojnim međunarodnim festivalima. U svom radu kombinuje autofikciju, arhivski materijal i britki humor, istražujući teme identiteta, pamćenja i nasljeđa. Trenutno je koredateljka dokumentarnog filma Balkan Maestro sa Fransoaom Flerijem, dugometražnog dokumentarca selektovanog za FIPADOC International Pitches, i razvija projekat Prava princeza, burlesknu autofikciju podržanu od strane CNC-a (Francuska) i Filmskog centra Crne Gore.
