BIOGRAPHY

Vlastimir Sudar is a director and producer born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He studied filmmaking at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. His graduation film Out was screened at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània, in Barcelona. He directed a number of short films and pop-videos. He co-directed and co-wrote his first feature-length fiction film Borders, Raindrops with a colleague, Nikola Mijović (2018).The film was screened at more than 30 festivals, winning 14 awards. Vlastimir’s doctorate on the Yugoslav film director Aleksandar Petrović was turned into a book A Portrait of the Artist as a Political Dissident (2013).

Vlastimir Sudar je reditelj i producent rođen u Sarajevu, Bosna i Hercegovina. Studirao je film na Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design u Londonu. Njegov diplomski film Out prikazan je u Centru za savremenu kulturu u Barseloni. Režirao je više kratkih filmova i muzičkih spotova. Svoj prvi dugometražni igrani film, Borders, Raindrops, režirao je i napisao zajedno s kolegom Nikolom Mijovićem (2018). Film je prikazan na više od 30 festivala i osvojio je 14 nagrada. Vlastimirova doktorska disertacija o jugoslovenskom reditelju Aleksandru Petroviću prerasla je u knjigu A Portrait of the Artist as a Political Dissident (2013).
