The unresolved death of Krsto Đurović, a Montenegrin rear admiral who refused to attack Dubrovnik in 1991, becomes the starting point for a generation born after the war. Encountering the hidden history of their own families through veterans' testimonies, young people discover that every generation must decide whether to inherit silence or confront the past.

Several decades after the war, there is a name somewhere between memory and oblivion: Rear Admiral Krsto Đurović, who in 1991 refused to shell the UNESCO city of Dubrovnik and died under mysterious circumstances. A group of young people, born after the wars of the 1990s, discover his story for the first time during a workshop. At the beginning they know almost nothing; the wars, political decisions and family silences belong to a time that is not their own, yet it defines them. As they start working, the boundary between past and present begins to disappear. Through interviews with veterans, witnesses and people who paid the price for that era, the young protagonists come across conflicting accounts of the same events. In the story of Krsto Đurović they see the reflection of their own legacy, and their curiosity evolves into discomfort, anger, doubt and understanding. Alongside their personal narrative, the film attempts to reconstruct the last days of a man who, faced with the demand of history, drew his own line in accordance with his conscience. Instead of giving definitive answers, the story raises new questions: what if a person chooses not to follow the stream of the time he lives in? Decades later, a new generation is asked to make its choice about a legacy that has not belonged to them.

Nerazjašnjena smrt Krsta Đurovića, crnogorskog kontraadmirala koji je 1991. odbio da napadne Dubrovnik, postaje polazište za generaciju rođenu poslije rata. Susrećući se sa skrivenom istorijom sopstvenih porodica kroz svjedočenja veterana, mladi ljudi otkrivaju da svaka generacija mora da odluči hoće li naslijediti ćutanje ili se suočiti sa prošlošću.

Nekoliko decenija poslije rata, postoji ime negdje između sjećanja i zaborava: kontraadmiral Krsto Đurović, koji je 1991. odbio da granatira Dubrovnik, grad pod zaštitom UNESCO-a, i poginuo pod misterioznim okolnostima. Grupa mladih ljudi, rođenih poslije ratova devedesetih, prvi put saznaje njegovu priču na jednoj radionici. Na početku ne znaju gotovo ništa: ratovi, političke odluke i porodično ćutanje pripadaju vremenu koje nije njihovo, a ipak ih određuje. Kako rad odmiče, granica između prošlosti i sadašnjosti počinje da nestaje. Kroz intervjue sa veteranima, svjedocima i ljudima koji su platili cijenu tog vremena, mladi protagonisti nailaze na oprečne verzije istih događaja. U priči o Krstu Đuroviću vide odraz sopstvenog nasljeđa, a njihova radoznalost prerasta u nelagodu, bijes, sumnju i razumijevanje. Uporedo sa njihovom ličnom pričom, film pokušava da rekonstruiše posljednje dane čovjeka koji je, suočen sa zahtjevom istorije, povukao sopstvenu liniju u skladu sa savješću. Umjesto konačnih odgovora, priča otvara nova pitanja: šta ako čovjek odluči da ne ide tokom vremena u kojem živi? Decenijama kasnije, nova generacija treba da napravi svoj izbor o nasljeđu koje joj nije pripadalo.
