However, this group of middle-aged teachers, who have never protested before, is initially hesitant. But an arrogant response from the Minister changes everything. To get back at the ministry for ignoring their demands, the teachers decide to go on strike. The middle-aged teachers, Karlo, Zoja, Katarina, Brane and Ivo, along with their colleagues, set up camp in bungalows on a nudist beach where the Minister takes his breaks during working days. Surrounded by the vast expanse of the beach, their protest falls flat. Aware that they will be ridiculed, the teachers escalate their strike by protesting naked on the beach. This immediately captures the attention of the media, and the story quickly picks up as breaking news. The bizarre protest on the nudist beach garners support internationally, and colleagues from other schools join in. The situation spirals out of control; the government is powerless and accepts all demands. However, the wave of discontent has grown so large that it is now impossible to stop, and the protest increasingly descends into anarchy.

Crna Gora, 2024. Pred kraj školske godine, nastavnici podgoričke gimnazije pokušavaju da organizuju protest zbog novog sistema vrednovanja plata. Ta grupa sredovječnih prosvjetnih radnika, koji nikada ranije nisu protestovali, isprva okleva. Ali arogantan odgovor ministra mijenja sve. Da bi uzvratili ministarstvu koje ignoriše njihove zahtjeve, nastavnici odlučuju da stupe u štrajk. Karlo, Zoja, Katarina, Brane i Ivo, zajedno sa kolegama, kampuju u bungalovima na nudističkoj plaži na kojoj ministar provodi pauze tokom radnih dana. Okružen prostranstvom plaže, njihov protest prolazi nezapaženo. Svjesni da će biti ismijani, nastavnici pojačavaju štrajk i protestuju goli na plaži. To odmah privlači pažnju medija i priča brzo postaje udarna vijest. Bizaran protest na nudističkoj plaži dobija podršku i u inostranstvu, a pridružuju se i kolege iz drugih škola. Situacija izmiče kontroli, vlada je nemoćna i prihvata sve zahtjeve. Ali talas nezadovoljstva narastao je toliko da ga je nemoguće zaustaviti, pa protest sve više klizi u anarhiju.
