Two men, petty criminals and ex-lovers, meet each other after seven years to try once again to find their place in a community that does not accept them.

Kolje and Vorda, former partners in love and petty crime, meet again after seven years. Their reunion rekindles their romantic relationship, drawing them into yet another attempt to escape the social class in which their love was never welcome, where they were only ever allowed to survive. A single incident and a poorly planned scheme force them to flee, accidentally leading them into the world of a younger, more open queer community, where they briefly find shelter before the ghosts of the brutal streets drive them away once again, returning them to a constant state of being hunted. Along the way they encounter a series of characters who drift through their lives as fleetingly as the images of piled-up garbage scattered across the sun-scorched outskirts of Podgorica, the city where they struggle to survive.

Dvojica muškaraca, sitni kriminalci i bivši ljubavnici, susreću se nakon sedam godina da ponovo pokušaju da nađu svoje mjesto u zajednici koja ih ne prihvata.

Kolje i Vorda, nekadašnji partneri u ljubavi i sitnom kriminalu, ponovo se sreću nakon sedam godina. Susret obnavlja njihovu vezu i uvlači ih u još jedan pokušaj bijega iz društvenog sloja u kojem njihova ljubav nikada nije bila dobrodošla i u kojem im je bilo dozvoljeno samo da preživljavaju. Jedan incident i loše smišljen plan tjeraju ih u bijeg, koji ih slučajno odvodi u svijet mlađe, otvorenije kvir zajednice, gdje nakratko nalaze utočište prije nego što ih duhovi brutalnih ulica ponovo istjeraju u stanje neprekidnog progona. Usput sreću niz likova koji kroz njihove živote promiču jednako prolazno kao i slike nagomilanog smeća razbacanog po suncem sprženim periferijama Podgorice, grada u kojem se bore da opstanu.
